About This Job
Primary responsibility will be the production of marketing materials to support a real estate agency. For example, we produce a weekly email newsletter, and the marketing assistant would take over production. There are also quarterly research reports, comparable sales reports, blog posts, and other materials the marketing assistant will produce. Since you won't be directly dealing with clients, there is flexibility on which hours you work -- however, there must be at least a few hours of overlap each week with Pacific Standard Time, so that we can discuss important matters and maintain excellent communication.
Requirements for Success in this Position
- Positive attitude: a desire to learn, resourcefulness, and tenacity to see things through until they are done
- Excellent English writing skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables and graphs
- Real estate experience
- Attention to detail
- A computer with high speed internet connection
- Ability to work at least a few hours per week during Pacific Standard Time business hours
Bonus: web and/or print design experience would be helpful, but is not necessary. If you have this, please be sure to note that in your response to this ad.
Compensation
This position will be paid bi-weekly. The starting salary range is 20,000 pesos per month depending on experience. There will be an evaluation and opportunity for a raise after 3 months, and the 13th month performance bonus will also be paid every December.
